Tired every day? Legs cramping at night? That may not be your age. It may be your omeprazole.
Your PPI turns your stomach acid down. But you need that acid to take in B12, magnesium and iron. GastroComplete uses forms that need less of it.
*Normal price £39.99. Your £10 off lasts 9 minutes. We add it for you at checkout.*Was £50.
Take it with your PPI, not instead of it. 3 capsules a day. One bottle lasts a month.
Why a PPI can leave you tired, foggy and full of cramps:
You wake up tired. You go to bed tired.
Your legs cramp at night. Your eyelid won’t stop twitching.
You walk into a room and forget why you went in.
Your GP runs a blood test. It comes back “normal”.
So you’re told it’s stress. Or your age. Or to eat more bananas.
If that sounds like you, it may not be your age. Here’s what nobody told you:
Your PPI turns your stomach acid right down…
…so B12, magnesium and iron stay locked in your food.
Stomach acid is the key that frees these from your food. Less acid means less gets in. The longer you take a PPI, the bigger that gap can get. Eating well can’t fix that.
Methyl B12. It is not stuck to food. So it needs no acid to break free. (Low B12 can leave you tired and foggy.)
400 µg4 kinds of magnesium. Citrate, malate, tartrate and glycinate. No cheap oxide. (Low magnesium can bring cramps and twitches.)
500 mgIron bisglycinate. A gentle form of iron that is kind to your stomach. (Low iron can leave you pale and out of puff.)
8.7 mgCalcium malate. Chalky calcium carbonate needs acid to absorb. This form needs less.
400 mgVitamin D3 + K2. A pair that work as a team for normal bones. (With 100 µg of K2 as MK-7.)
2,500 IUQuatrefolic® folate. Folate in the active form your body uses.
800 µgZinc, selenium and 20 more. 28 nutrients in one daily serving. (You can bin the cupboard full of pots.)
28Third-party lab tested. Vegetarian. Just the nutrients and a veggie capsule. Nothing else added.

One bottle lasts one month. Food supplement. Take it alongside your PPI, not instead of it.

The NHS says serious side effects are more likely after a year on omeprazole. Very low B12 is one of them.

Drug safety bodies in the US and UK have both warned about it. Low magnesium can cause cramps, shakes and a racing heart.
US FDA warns that long-term PPI use may cause low magnesium. Most cases came after a year or more.
UK MHRA tells doctors the same. It says to think about testing magnesium in long-term users.

Many use cheap forms. Those lean on stomach acid to absorb. On a PPI, you have less of it. So more of your money goes down the loo.

Every week, people tell me the same story. Years on omeprazole. Always tired. Cramps at night. Blood tests that come back “normal”.
Nobody told them their PPI can drain B12 and magnesium. So I made a multivitamin built for that gap. Yes, we sell it. I made it because nobody else was fixing this.

No. GastroComplete goes alongside your PPI. It does not replace it. Never stop or change a prescription without talking to your doctor.
3 capsules a day. One bottle has 90 capsules, so it lasts one month.
Everyone is different. Ronald felt more energy after three weeks. But stores that ran low over years take time to build back up. Plan on 3 to 6 months.
That is vitamin B2. It is bright yellow by nature. Your body keeps what it needs and passes the rest. It is harmless.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. GastroComplete has vitamin A and iron. Both matter in pregnancy and with some medicines.
Yes. It is just the nutrients in a veggie capsule. Nothing else is added.
